We only collect what we need to quote for and carry out work:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your postcode and the site address for the survey and installation
• The service you are interested in and any details you include in your message
• Photographs of the completed work, where we have your permission to use them as examples
• Basic technical information from your visit to this website, such as pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure

We do not ask for payment card details through this website and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site survey, prepare and send a written quotation, carry out and guarantee the installation, and keep records required for accounting, insurance and warranty purposes.

Our lawful bases are your consent (when you send an enquiry), the performance of a contract (when you accept a quotation), our legitimate interests (running and improving our business), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked us to. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing strongdrive55@gmail.com. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.

We share information only where necessary: with suppliers and approved installers involved in your specific project, with our accountants and insurers, with the providers who host this website and deliver our email, and with authorities where the law requires it.

We are proud of our work and often photograph completed installations for our website and social media. We do not publish your name, full address or any identifying details without your agreement, and we will remove an image on request.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Records for completed installations are kept for up to seven years for accounting purposes, and for the length of the guarantee where longer.

This website uses only what is needed to function, plus embedded content from third parties such as Google Maps and Instagram. Those services may set their own cookies when their content loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

Enquiries sent through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job.
