Working alongside the main contractor, we prepared and laid the entrance, drive-thru lane, pedestrian walkways and parking bays in permeable resin bound surfacing over a compacted MOT Type 3 sub-base, so the whole forecourt drains through the surface itself.
The finish is seamless and level from kerb to door — no loose stone tracked inside, no ponding at the service window, and a step-free, slip-resistant approach that copes with constant vehicle turning and daily footfall.
It was programmed around other trades on a live build, laid in sections so access was never lost, and signed off with the surface ready for trade.
